**About the Role**
- This role is offered on a FULL TIME / PERMANENT basis - 40 hours per week
- Based at Poole in Dorset - and is office based.

**What will I be doing?**

Supporting the Hazardous waste department in Poole and the South West. Whenever our customers need to talk to us, you’ll be the person they speak to, dealing with requests, queries and tasks large and small.

**This will involve**:

- General administrative duties
- Invoicing, obtaining quotes and handling customer queries
- Building strong relationships with the customers
- Interacting with other departments around the business

**What are the Requirements?**
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Hazardous waste administration experience is advantageous
- Sale-Force knowledge is preferred but not essential as training will be given
