A growing distribution business is looking for a money-motivated Graduate Sales & Business Trainee to join their successful team in Bristol. You'll be building strong relationships with B2B customers, maximising the profitability of customer accounts and proactively developing new business.

**The Opportunity**

You'll be joining a technical sales and distribution company of all major branded HVAC control products, electrical control and panel building products and energy control solutions. The business is busy, profitable and holds a strong position in their market. They are part of an impressive £1 billion UK group of distribution companies that already employ over 2,000 people across the UK and offer excellent career development and progression opportunities.

In this Graduate Sales & Business Trainee role, your responsibilities will include:

- Building and managing B2B customer relationships
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Hitting targets through pro-active telephone sales
- Converting leads and quotes into firm orders
- Working closely with the external sales team to follow up on sales leads
- Account management
- Cementing the company’s status as the supplier of choice
