**Business Development Manager**

As the Sales Engineer in the Electrical sector, you will be responsible for managing key and strategic clients to deliver Eaton’s portfolio of Power Distribution products, services, and solutions to meet the client’s needs. The primary function will be to engage with the medium power contractor base and engagement with these clients to develop new business opportunities.

**Essential Functions**:

- Driving specification of EATON’s brand for electrical solutions across Medium and Low Voltage systems via M&E contractors.
- Responsible for driving Eaton’s sales pipeline.
- Working in a strategic manner developing account plans to maximise the influence and opportunity.
- Acquisition of strategic customers and contractors.
- Cross Sell to drive new business opportunities.
- Gathering, identifying, and reporting customer and market information on new or prospective products.
- Working collaboratively and effectively across Eaton’s regional teams.

**Experience Required**
- BSc Electrical or business related degree.
- Must be able to demonstrate relationships with electrical contractors in the greater Manchester area.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to keep Eaton ahead of the market.
- Ability to build and foster long standing and trusted relationships.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and organised individual
