Now Dutton are looking for Articulated Dumper Drivers / 360 Operators and Dozer Drivers to work on a new development in Stonehaven.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operators to join our team. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or industrial plant. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the plant, monitoring production processes, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Certification:

- CPCS NOPRS or national Plant are all accepted. Experience is essential.

Duties
- Operate and control machinery and equipment in the plant
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations

**Skills**:To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
1. Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of machinery and equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
2. Commercial Driving: Ability to operate commercial vehicles for transporting materials or products.
3. Digging: Proficiency in digging techniques for excavation or installation purposes.
