Hours: Hybrid working - 1 - 2 days in the office.

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Lead Developer to join our client to lead a team of 6 Developers and testers through all phases of developments. Working with a range of leading-edge technologies across multiple platforms, engaging directly withclients to clearly understand business requirements.

**What you will be doing?**
- You will liaise with customers and business analysts to produce both high
- and low-level designs.
- You will provide mentorships and code review for the team.
- You will maintain the Cloud based Development Infrastructure (VMWare Vcloud director).
- Liaise with third and second line to support code changes into pre-production and production environments.
- You will produce estimates for Application Enhancements and work with testers to maintain traceability.

**Skills required**:

- Must have Leadership/management experience in an Agile Environment.
- 4+ years of core Java devlopment experience.
- Front-End web development experience.(JavaScript, HTML).
- Experience in relational Databases and consuming and producing webservices.
- Knowledge of JSF.
