**Job Title: Motor Vehicle Tutor**

**Location: Colchester Area**

**Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 per year depending on experience**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm**

**Full Time-Permanent position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach IMI Entry Level and Level 1 Motor Vehicle qualifications to a group of 6 students.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' learning needs.
- Create and complete motor projects to enhance practical learning experiences.
- Foster a relaxed and well-equipped learning environment for effective teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve curriculum and teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Hold at least a Level 2 Motor Vehicle Qualification.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
- Experience in teaching or coaching, preferably in a vocational or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
