Bowman Ingredients became part of Solina in 2020, a global presence in the food ingredients and solutions sector. Our recently opened UK headquarters in Biggleswade Bedfordshire, houses state of the art research and development kitchens, sensory lab and pilot plant.

The HR Advisor delivers a comprehensive and business focused HR service to the senior leadership team and managers to include recruitment and selection, retention, learning and development. The role supports managers and provides practical advice on a range of employee issues including performance, disciplinary, grievance and absence management and conflict handling and champions our coaching culture. The HR Advisor ensures timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll. The role supports Bedford, Biggleswade and Hitchin sites.
