This role is a hybrid position offering 3 days from home and 2 days on site in London, Farringdon.

**Skills required**:
Relevant degree or demonstrable experience in Human Factors research

Experience developing measures, test criteria and analysis of human mental workload and situational awareness methods.

Co-ordination and management of field based human factors trials.

Ability to contribute to multiple projects at the same time.
