Senior Payroll Executive

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Executive to join our Client's team in Didsbury on a 3-month fixed-term contract. As the Senior Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for processing and collating monthly payroll data for all internal UK staff, UK contractors inside IR35, and the payroll for all internal Singapore staff.
You will own the relationship with the outsourced payroll service providers and manage and resolve any issues relating to employee pay. Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements of PAYE and pension schemes and accurate and timely reporting as required by HMRC and pension schemes.
In addition, you will be responsible for benefits administration, calculation of statutory payments and deductions, and ensuring pension obligations are met across all four entities. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective communication channels are in place both within the team and with the business generally in relation to payroll and pension matters.
As the Senior Payroll Executive, you will liaise with internal leadership and management teams to provide commentary on reporting including any changes or discrepancies. You will also undertake internal checks to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed and ensure payroll and pension processes are continually developed and efficient in liaison with the Accounts and People Teams to provide the best service to employees throughout the business.

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year
