Call Handler

Weltech was established in 1977 to manufacture, install and service environmental monitoring equipment for the poultry industry in the UK.

From our head office based in Cambridgeshire, Weltech have developed a wide range of products from including Chicken Weighing Scales, Poultry Weighing Scalesand Silo Weighing Systemstogether with a range of Poultry Alarm and Feed Monitoring systems.

The global success and international reputation of the Weltech brand and product range has resulted in Weltech being a world renowned and respected brand. Many of the world's leading poultry organisations use our equipment for broiler, breeder laying and rearing operations.

**Main responsibilities would be**:

- Answer calls and alarm activations as required in a timely manner
- Flexible in approach to work, including any shift changes including additional weekend/bank holiday work
- Communicating with customers and office staff
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent telephone manner - customer service based
- Computer literate with an interest in developing your knowledge of security service products - Dependable, reliable and flexible approach to work
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with good personal organizational skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
