Powder Coater

**Job Title: Powder Coater**

**Location**: Stourbridge

**Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Salary**: £11.44 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

**Contract**: Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment according to product specifications
- Monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect coated products for quality assurance and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of coatings and materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Powder Coater, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency in operating powder coating equipment and tools
- Ability to interpret and follow product specifications and instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing coatings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow oral and written instructions
