As a Quality, Training & Compliance Officer:

- You will be continuously analysing and taking action to improve the quality, efficiency and accuracy of Evoke Care Group systems and processes.
- You will ensure that Evoke Care is adhering to paramount regulatory requirements.
- You will be positioned within the team as a close link between internal and external reporting - providing support, research, and regulatory reporting for Evoke Care as well as Governmental bodies.
- You willl be required to analyse and present data to meet business needs.
- You will be required to liaise and maintain relationships with 3rd party and other external partners
- You will be part of developing and implementing the training strategy and a quality assessment monitoring programs to ensure that all children receive the care and support they need to lead dignified, fulfilling lives, and that our policies, procedures, and training standards are of the highest quality and constantly monitored across all our homes
- Plan, prepare, and deliver induction and other training courses for care assistants, supervisors, and coordinators
- This list is not exhaustive, and from time to time, you may be required to undertake additional duties.

**Quality, Training & Compliance Officer**

**Job Requirements**
- To have demonstrable experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment to being able to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise multiple tasks.
- Interpersonal and communicational skills which will enable you to quickly form rapport with management and staff.
- Independence skills are required for this role, highlighting key skills such as being self-aware, self-critical, and being able to work in a role that is typically a 1-person department.
- 2+ years of compliance or training experience in healthcare, social care or other related fields.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Be comfortable in high pressured environments, meeting regulatory requirements and deadlines and producing deliverables to regulatory bodies and management teams alike.
- Experience with the Information Management Systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyse an issue/problem and make recommendations for an effective and efficient resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £27,125.00-£32,910.00 per year
