**ROLE: Administrator/Project co-ordinator**

**Pay rate: £10.00**

**Shift: Monday to Friday, 0800-1600 with some flexibility on shift times**
**The Best Connection** are looking for an** Administrator **for our client who specialise in infrastructure renewal and maintenance. This is for holiday cover with an eye for an ongoing role if you impress
The duties for the role are:
- Managing helpdesk inboxes and liaising with clients on both
- Organising meetings as well as ensuring all aspects of paperwork are organised and filled appropriately
- Allocating tasks to engineers supporting the commercial and delivery team
**Requirements**:
- Previous Administrative experience is essential however experience in infrastructure and maintenance is not
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work accurately
- Good IT Skills-Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
**Benefits & Requirements**:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
