**Commercial Manager**

This position has been created due to recent business growth and increased project requirements. The CommercialManager acts as the commercial lead on bids and programmes, focused on managing all commercial aspects for long-term service delivery programmes. There are many fantastic opportunities for development into more senior positions over the next few years.

**Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager**:

- Advising the business on all commercial and contractual matters.
- Identifying and managing commercial risks throughout the programme lifecycles.
- Directing negotiations with all customers to help maximise business value and minimise risk.
- Reviewing contractual terms, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and commercial issues are actively resolved.

**Person Specification of the Commercial Manager**:

- **Hold or be eligible for SC clearance.**:

- Previous proven experience of managing commercial elements in complex and challenging projects, ideally within the aerospace, defence and related sectors.
- Ability to manage and develop relationships at all levels.
- Experience in, reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions within the context of programme scope.

**Salary**:
Up to £60,000

This role will be ideal for you if you have previous experience within procurement and purchasing as a Commercial Manager, Procurement Manager, Contracts Manager, Category Manager, or similar.
