**Supporting and providing 2nd/3rd Line Support to customers across the East Midlands
**Implement & Lead Projects
**Respond to tickets and make sure issues are resolved in a quick and efficient manor
**Make sure satisfaction is met at all customer points, using strong communication skills
**Maintain and provide the highest level of support to our existing customer base
