**The Role**
As our Productivity Lead Manager, you will lead the Samsung Brand Specialist (SBS) Administration Team, whilst driving continuous improvement to productivity in the SBS team, through 28 Day Call outs, Recommission / Decommission & Roadshow events for Samsung.You will be an innovative thinker with the ability to gather client feedback and improve the customer journey. Reporting to the Client Service Manager there will be a requirement to have a flexible approach to driving productivity whilst supporting the SamsungService Network
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Full accountability for BSM Stock
- Managing the main KPIs in relation to digital applicant (DA) product
- Supporting the SBS Team Leaders with the managing of Engineers, looking at hotel
bookings and managing expenditure.
- Managing Holidays for SBS & Admin team ensuring effective productivity - protecting the
customer journey
- Driving Productivity across Admin & SBS Team - ensuring maximum number of
visits/repairs per day
- Solution focused positive mindset who encourages direct reports, someone who views a
challenge as an opportunity for growth
- Mentoring the team and being the conduit with central operations to provide HR, Training,
Vehicle, IT and Expenses support
- Support the Client Service Manager in day-to-day activities in relation to the SBS
- Identifying issues and finding solutions before problems arise
- Gathering feedback from customers and using to improve customer journeys
**Skill and Experience**
**Essential**:

- IT literate with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) and an eye for
detail

logistics
- Experience with stock management with a background in white goods
- Willingness to travel domestically as required (approx. 10% travel)
- Qualified to HND/Degree level (or equivalent experience)
