IT Support Engineer - Bristol (Hybrid working) - £26k-£32k
I am currently seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to work within an exciting and technically hands on environment based just a stones throw from Temple Meads train station. The role will be highly rewarding and with excellent opportunities for trainingand progression within the business.
You will be responsible for looking after the site with backup from some very experienced and highly technical colleagues. You will provide support to bespoke software and hardware products as well as the Microsoft Office family of products. You will be expectedto ensure you know how to operate the software and hardware and how it is used throughout the business. You will gain experience in a range of bespoke hardware and software in this environment and ensuing that all issues are either resolved or escalated.
Knowledge of some or all of the following technologies would be advantageous:

- Helpdesk or Service Desk experience
- Windows 10 support and troubleshooting experience
- support of Office365
- Printer and scanner fixes
- Application support
- Active Directory
- Basic Exchange queries
- LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
- 1st and 2nd Line IT Support
This position will suit a first line engineer who is looking to make a move into a new and exciting environment and have potentially just completed an apprenticeship in IT. You will ideally have a qualification in IT such as a BTEC Level 3, Comptia A+, or aMicrosoft certification, and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential prerequisites of this role.
