Cleansing Operative

Lynn Recruitment is partnering with a prominent FM Company seeking a Cleaning Operative to join their team.

In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.

**Your Duties**:

- Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
- Successfully undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
- To work within a team and can work under your own initiative.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

**Your Profile**:

- In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to communicate and read basic English, and demonstrate a reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- You must also possess a flexible approach to the role.
- You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined.

**Additional Information**:

- Rate of pay: £10.42 per hour.
- Location: Bangor.
- Hours of work: Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 9 am, 12 hours per week.
- This is a temporary role but with the opportunity to become permanent.
