HR Assistant/Advisor

Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Iconic Resourcing HR are looking to speak with experienced HR Assistants to join our client on a full time permanent basis, who will become part of a small but busy HR team and help ensure a seamless service for all employees.

Duties will include:

- Contribute to various HR projects as needed such as policy review.
- Utilise HRIS for accurate and timely report generation.
- Maintain and update HR systems efficiently.
- Facilitate training logistics by liaising with providers, booking courses, handling materials, and managing feedback processes.
- Work closely with the wider HR team on supporting with payroll and monthly pension tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with all levels of employees, as this is a customer facing role.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work on volume tasks.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and data analysis to support business priorities.
- Previous experience at HR Assistant level and someone who is comfortable working at this level but also happy to have exposure to more HR Advisory task (won’t include ER casework)
- Professional services background would be desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Glasgow, G1 1AB (required)

Ability to Relocate:
