We’re embarking on a Service Management Transformation within our Information Services Directorate and this has created two new and exciting roles to help us reshape and prepare for the future and deliver amazing customer service. So be part of the future and see what this role is all about.

**About the role**

We’ve two great opportunities to become our Service Delivery & Transition Leads working as part of the Service Management & Quality Assurance Team, with a specific responsibility to deliver great service to the end users across Northumbrian Water.

You’ll lead some of our key service management processes such as major incidents and problems - co-ordinating the technical teams to support getting to a fix or root cause as well as keeping key business stakeholders informed.

You will also proactively shape any new or changed services coming into the Operations Team, working with the project teams to ensure that any transition is fit for purpose before becoming business as usual.

You’ll build positive working relationships not only within IS but across the business to understand their needs and priorities, in addition to key third parties to ensure they are delivering the agreed service levels which will help IS deliver a great customer experience.

**About you**

You’ll take a pragmatic approach to problem solving and are able to manage competing priorities. We’re looking for someone to have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable managing stakeholders across all areas of the business at all levels, being able to easily switch between communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
