Newquay Town Council has 2 vacancies for a Part Time Facilities Operative. This role is vital to ensuring the Public Toilets and other Town Council owned properties in and around Newquay are safe, clean and fit for the level of usage they have and locked securely overnight to prevent damage/vandalism. Newquay Town Council owns and/or is directly responsible for the operation and management of 13 sets of toilets in Newquay as well as the Marcus Hill Offices, Mount Wise Centre and Newquay Library. It sees them as key assets which need to showcase the Town not just to residents, but to visitors alike.

Shifts likely to take place between the hours of 3pm and 10pm

The role will also be lone working however will have the contact of the Facilities Manager whilst on duty.

Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £23,194.00-£23,620.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
