**Job Title: Handyman / Handyperson**
**Location: East Sussex ( Eastbourne, Bexill, Camber, Hastings)**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm**
**Salary: £25000 - £27,000 per annum**

**Full UK Driving Licence is required**

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled handyman to join our team at several sites across East Sussex.

You will be part of an incredible team known for its hands-on approach and commitment to making a difference.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices and conducting general maintenance.
- Carry out repair and reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance (PPM) work across all areas on the site, including problem diagnostics when necessary.
- Ensure all tools are well-maintained and securely stored.
- Hands-on team player with skills in minor joinery and plumbing work, painting, wall filling, and DIY.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and colleagues.
