**Quality & Governance Lead** to join our service in Sefton. The new postholder will focus on identifying efficiencies or gaps in support, ensuring that service users consistently receive high quality and effective services.

**Responsibilities**:

**About the role**:

- To ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery
- To conduct wide ranging audits
- To observe, monitor and report on staff sessions with clients, including assessments, one to one sessions etc for the purpose of staff development.
- To feedback key areas requiring development for both individuals and staff groups to the management team
- To ensure compliance within the staff group of relevant organisational policies and procedures
- To co-ordinate and undertake management of the service feedback and incident system on CRiiS

**About you**:

- Experience of working with alcohol and drug issues and a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services
- Experience of delivering recognised interventions for alcohol and drug users
- Experience in staff coaching
- Initiate ideas and new ways of working to continuously improve service delivery
