**Comapny Description**
Old Plean Roofing Ltd are a family run roofing and construction business serving Central Scotland and beyond. We now require a permanent full-time receptionist / admin assistant to ensure the smooth running of the business.
**General reception duties including**:
- Greet visitors
- Take and make calls to clients, suppliers etc.
- Arrange site visits with clients
- Setting and arranging appointments
- Update client data base
- Filing of paperwork
- Organise and update online system
- Maintaining company records
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong customer service with a polite and confident phone manner
- Efficient and organised
- Ability to be proactive and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills, able to set up and use Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office365
- You will work alongside a small team but will also be comfortable lone working and using your own initiative as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,760.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- English not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- STIRLING: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
