**Adult Tutor**:
As a member of the Skills and Employment team you will deliver high quality programmes of education as part of the Council’s Corporate Plan - Helping the Borough Thrive. To develop innovative learning opportunities and help to break down barriers to learning which can stop people achieving.

We have vacancies for four Adult Tutor positions to deliver IT, Employability plus adult numeracy workshops.

We have four Work Zones across the borough and the ideal tutors will be able to deliver across all centres as and when needed, travel expenses are paid.

Principle responsibilities are:
Plan and prepare, learning programmes for adults that will achieve measurable social regeneration outcomes, including raising engagement and encouraging participation and progression and enabling maths and English development to take place. Courses will include; sector specific, employability Digital Skills and wellbeing.

Deliver and assess learning programmes for adults ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning is achieved with measured progression taking place embedding equality and diversity and promoting British values within all our provision.

Evaluate the learning that has taken place, measure success and update learning programmes as appropriate.

The contractual work location for this role is listed above however you may be required to work from a range of work locations or sites within the Borough and may also be required to work from home, depending on the needs of the service.
