**About our client**
We are partnering with a leading real estate investment platform which is looking to hire a Management Accountant into their London office. They invest into operational Real Estate Asset classes and have performed exceptionally well growing their presence acrossthe UK real estate market. This position will work across financial control in terms of both reporting and forecasting as well as on the production of statutory accounts and month-end activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and growingfirm, gaining broad exposure across the finance team.
**What the job involves**:

- Maintaining timely and accurate financial records
- Ensuring financial control (in terms of both reporting but also cashflow forecasting)
- Collating and producing finance related elements of Investor reporting on a timely basis
- Leading the preparation and reporting of Bank related reports and managing the IPD process
- The production of draft annual statutory accounts, ensuring that Companies House and statutory filings requirements (including VAT and CIS where applicable) are fully met
- SAGE systems development, identifying areas of improvement or suggesting new reports

**Who we are looking for**:

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Knowledge of real estate fund structures and capital and investment transactions
- Relevant Accounting experience working in Public Accounting and/or the real estate industry
- Must have excellent analytical skills in addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills
