Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their own home.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs and preferences
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition or behavior

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home care positions
- Proficient in basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Experience working in a care home or home care setting is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others

Private carer's needed to work with our clients across Torquay, Paignton, or Brixham, you choose your own areas. You have time to visit your clients and give the best care and agree on your hourly rate for the work you do

You will be in charge of your own schedule with your clients, giving yourself time to travel from one client to the next. We do not pressure you in any way. You can work from 8 hours up to 35 hours a week and the more availability and flexibility you have the more packages we can offer you. We

You have a large Network of support and full communication with our branch and teams at all times. You may be self employed but you are not alone.

Earn a minimum of £16 an hour up to £20, 30 minutes from £14 a shift, 9 hour night shifts, live in care, whatever you choose, if we have the hours we match you with the clients making sure you enjoy the time you spend with your clients.

You are guided through registration right up to invoicing so you are never without support. The carers all work with each other and arrange their time off between themselves.

We ask that every other weekend and some evenings you have for yourself but it is all your choice, you can book time off in the day, this way your clients can have fully booked packages and can enjoy having the same carers at the same time. Everyone works together.

We respect each and every one of our carers as they are hand picked and interviewed by the Branch Director Karen. We know all of our carers and we are amenable to every one. We support you with any training that you require. We are here to keep you safe whilst working as self employed and we have many people working to give full support.
