We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to join our thriving and committed Community and Events Fundraising team. We are looking for someone who is creative, ambitious, and passionate about motivating others to fundraise, to help us drive income growth across our challenge events portfolio and individual fundraising programme.

You will be responsible for delivering and developing a range of high-performing challenge events as well as leading on developing new and innovative mass participation and individual fundraising schemes. You will provide excellent supporter care, inspiring, stewarding and supporting fundraisers to help them reach their fundraising potential. You will also have the opportunity to bring your ideas and creativity to help shape the Community and Events Fundraising strategy.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our Headquarters currently at 101 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6BN and flexible agile working from home. In late 2023 we will be moving to our new, modern headquarters at Denmark Hill, London, SE5 8BQ. This exciting new building will provide a more effective workplace to help The Salvation Army better achieve its mission.
