Hutcheon Mearns are assisting an established client to recruit for maternity leave cover in procurement. The role will ensure prompt execution of a range of general procurement tasks. Reporting to the department manager the role will cover the delivery of goods and services to support manufacturing, technology, or project management strategic plans at the factory level.

Responsibilities include.
- Growing contacts with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Performing clerical duties and maintaining accurate records and files of activities.
- Previous knowledge of procurement an advantage. Strong administration experience essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills
- A pro-active approach. Organised with good time-management skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, SAP experience would be advantageous.

An attractive hourly rate with paid overtime, this role will be office based in Arbroath.
