We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Aerospace Surface Treatments. Based at our facility, you will play a crucial role in supporting the inspection department, ensuring that all work meets the required standards and customer specifications. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting First Offs and Final Inspections of surface treatments on aircraft parts.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Inspect parts to customer design data before dispatch.

2. Conduct inspections of parts for first-off operations, adhering to customer design specifications.

3. Utilize various specific tools for component measurement, including the paint thickness meter and tape testing of paint.

4. Ensure compliance with inspection procedures and standards.

5. Generate inspection reports as necessary.

6. Maintain up-to-date records of all inspections conducted.

7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve inspection activities.

8. Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and orderliness in the assigned work area.

9. Ensure all documentation aligns with customer and company requirements.

10. Perform any additional duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
1. Previous experience in a similar quality assurance inspection role is essential.

2. Proficiency in problem-solving techniques.

3. Competence in using PCs and related software programs.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
