**The role**

As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and based on clinical assessment and formulation offer individualised interventions and engagement to our children and young people.

Our therapists work collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes, this ensures that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care and support we offer all of our children and young people. You will facilitate reflective practice and consultation, and provide workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.

There’s no doubt that you’ll face some challenges. You must therefore be a resilient, reflective, creative and flexible practitioner. In return, you will find this to be a highly rewarding role, where you will be working to make a real difference to a child or young person’s life.

**Bring your whole self to work**
- A qualified talking or creative therapist registered with the BACP, HCPC or other regulating professional body.
- A specialist with proven skills and experience to engage and delivery therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
- Experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed therapeutic living and learning environments.
- A confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer.
- A member of a multi-disciplinary team, receiving regular supervision and supported in your CPD.
- A highly organised professional, completing digital assessments and notes, and ready to take the initiative.
