Farm Shop Assistant

**FARM SHOP ASSISTANT - Immediate start available.**

We are looking to hire 2 part time/full time Retail assistants to join our team.

Working between 8am and 8pm inclusive of weekdays and weekends.

Hours ranging between 5 and 30 per week.

The successful applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be willing to go the extra mile to provide our shoppers with an outstanding experience.

In this role you will develop your knowledge of over 4000 product lines, ranging from the finest local meats and cheeses, our own fruit and vegetables, artisan breads and even down to Eco friendly toilet roll.

The main duties undertaken in this role include;
- Serving customers/ Till operation_
- Restocking shop floor / stock rotation_
- Quality control of fresh produce and replenishment_
- Operation of deli machinery_
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy_

You would ideally have previous experience working in a busy retail/ customer service environment. Some experience of fresh food departments would be beneficial.

For the right person there is always opportunities to learn new skills and progress to supervisor/management positions and above.

The roles are offered on a permanent basis but we will consider applicants whom are looking for a seasonal position.
