**About The Role**:
Bespak are looking for a Head of Regulatory and Compliance in a multi-site capacity. The salary for this permanent role is between circa £90k dependant on skills, qualifications, and experience. This is predominantly a hybrid role across 2 sites (King’s Lynn and Holmes Chapel) with a hybrid model that fits the needs of the business. In this role you would lead interpretation of pharmaceutical product and device regulation and the translation of those to the business and its client base.
This Head of Regulatory and Compliance position is crucial for navigating the complex world of pharmaceutical regulations. You'll be the expert who interprets regulations, guides the company on compliance, and strategically manages relationships with regulatory agencies. Your role involves advising the leadership team, ensuring smooth product introduction, and protecting the company's reputation by upholding all relevant regulations. As a leader, you'll also shape company strategy and build positive relationships with industry stakeholders.
We are a pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that offers development and manufacturing solutions for a variety of medications, including medical devices such as pressurized metered dose inhalers (pMDI), soft mist inhalers (SMI), dry powder inhalers (DPI), nasal sprays and medical check valves.
**As a Head of Regulatory and Compliance your duties will include**:
- Shape business strategy by providing regulatory expertise and insights.
- Lead regulatory affairs to ensure rapid product introduction and improvements.
- Represent the company at industry forums, promoting its brand and mission.
- Advise leadership team on regulatory pathways for products and devices.
- Ensure operational compliance with regulatory codes and internal policies.
- Engage stakeholders (customers, agencies) to build relationships and communicate effectively.
