Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exams Officer. As an Exams Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of exams within our organization. This is a vital role that ensures the smooth running of exams and the accurate recording of results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule exams, ensuring all necessary resources are available
- Register students for exams and provide them with relevant information and materials
- Prepare exam venues, ensuring they are set up correctly and comply with examination regulations
- Supervise exams to maintain a secure and fair testing environment
- Collect, securely store, and distribute exam papers and materials
- Ensure all exam scripts are marked accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of exam results and provide reports as required
- Liaise with external examination boards, ensuring compliance with their regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of exam policies and procedures

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in exam administration
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of exam management software
- Effective communication skills to liaise with students, staff, and external examination boards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of educational processes and procedures

Pay: £35,893.00 per year
