We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to provide a first class service to ensure each and every event is planned and executed to a very high standard. An exciting position has become available for someone who is committed to offering the highest of standards of service to our clients. We are an independent Vineyard and host many weddings and events each year. This is your opportunity to join a great team. Your responsibilities will include all the planning stages of each event and to help see those plans come to fruition on the day of the event. You will need to have a can do attitude and the want to provide our clients with the best day of their lives. To fulfil this position you will need to be hard working and have an eye for details within a great environment. Along with the annual salary there is also an annual bonus available..

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage the wedding day schedule.
- Organise and manage the wedding budget.
- Research and select vendors for the wedding.
- Create a timeline for the wedding day.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure that all services are provided as promised.
- Provide advice on etiquette, décor, and other wedding-related matters.
