**General Purpose**

Honesty Group is an independent business operating pubs, restaurants,
- coffeeshops, and farm shops as well as serving our online and wholesale customers.
- Opened in 2014, Honesty Group now runs 12 sites across Berkshire and Hampshire,
- with our strong community-led values, and people-first approach separating us from

- happy staff.**Full Job Description**

Main tasks include:
- Carrying out maintenance repairs across all sites (a full list to be provided

weekly)- Regular inspection of all sites/locations, car parks and facility areas to ensure

all sites remain in good order.- Notifying the General Manager of any safety hazards whilst minimising their

exposure.- Attending reactive maintenance and performing initial diagnosis and repairs,

if within your scope.- Conducting periodic maintenance inspections of all Honesty Group locations

to assess required maintenance snags- Liaise with external contractors and obtain relevant quotes to pass to

Management for authorisation.- Management and supervision of new store snags once any new locations

have been built/developed.- Supervision of any location closures whereby you will be required to take

stock of all Honesty materials/furniture to make safe to store at the Honesty
- Group storage site.- Procurement and supervision of specialist sub-contractors, and liaising with

Management.- Perform periodic testing of all Safety equipment - fire systems, smoke vents,

emergency lighting, smoke, heat, and CO alarms where required.- Replacing bulbs when needed to ensure the sites remain H&S compliant.
- Occasionally assisting with landscaping duties to help gardeners keep

exterior communal areas neat and tidy.
- Be experienced at resolving a broad variety of maintenance issues and will

have the ability to prioritise numerous tasks across multiple locations.- Communicate clearly with management and colleagues in person and in

writing or via digital devices.- Ensure completion of all paperwork and records in a timely fashion.
- Take a pro-active approach to Health & Safety management and promote

good safety habits.**Key Attributes**

Essential:
- Must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

Company vehicle available for transporting bulky building materials, appliances etc.
