**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service to clients.

- **Quarterly bonus scheme** (following the successful completion of a probationary period).
- **Full-Time Hours**: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm.

**Essential**:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Clear and accurate conveyance of information.
- Proficiency in using database systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must live within a commutable distance of Exeter Airport.
- Legal right to live and work in the UK.
