**We are looking for a talented individual with a creative mindset to join our team **and be part of the next chapter in our journey.**

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the business development and marketing team with collateral creation to support growth and retention. The successful applicant will be leading on a wide range of creative projects across a range of media, from corporate literature and sales collateral to client solution documentation and digital/social media assets. In collaboration with our marketing and bid team you will deliver effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative pieces.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for the design for all internal and external collateral across a range of deliverables including presentations, sales collateral, case studies, new business proposals, solution briefs, digital advertising, corporate literature, social media, infographics, print/digital articles, event assets, promotional items and internal branding documents
- Develop visually impactful social content for LinkedIn using a range of formats
- Deliver high quality, on-brand creative design within project requirements across a range of media
- Manage the creative development from generation of concepts through to execution across a range of formats and channels.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- As part of the marketing team contribute to the development of the marketing strategy and initiatives.
- Support the marketing and business development teams to achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Support with the production of high-quality materials to support bids, pitches and client fulfilment working often with a clients’ own brand guidelines.
- Interact and communicate clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders to determine their visual communication needs, present ideas, understand feedback and make modifications.
- Supporting operations in the creation of MBRs &QBRs, newsletters, handbooks, flyers, posters etc.

**Qualifications / Experience**
- A designer who is passionate about creating visual designs from inception to production, demonstrating a commitment to high-standards when it comes to both quality and fulfilling a brief.
- Graphic Design or design-based qualification (minimum of 2 years within a corporate or agency environment)
- Highly experienced in Adobe CC (Expert in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Strong PowerPoint presentation design skills
- Video editing skills desirable
