**We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Operations Administrator (known within the business as Onsite Representative)**

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As an **Operations Administrator **you will be the voice of Incora working closely with the customer and our suppliers providing first-class service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed.

You will be the person dealing with customer and supplier queries, raising purchase orders and managing the order book. You will be the first point of contact regarding issues or concerns and making sure communication with both internal and external stakeholders is first class.

**About You**

You will be exceptional at customer service, understanding and actioning customer requirements and dealing with suppliers will be at the heart of everything you do. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of delivering great service. As part of this role, you may be required to make deliveries from time to time therefore a driving license is essential.

- Starting salary between £22,000 to £24,000 dependent on experience
