Traffic Clerk

Stuart Nicol Transport Ltd (SNT) are a well-known privately owned Business who specialise in UK, European and Contract Logistics from our purpose-built site in Shotts, Lanarkshire.

SNT is a fun, fast paced environment where we pride ourselves on our big Red Trucks and are passionate about keeping them in great shape so they can continue to build our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Liaising with depots and customers regarding deliveries/claims/bookings

Customer Service role required for all customer accounts

Build and input jobs on Road Runner System

Dealing with driver enquiries

Answer all incoming telephone calls

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Previous experience within a Transport Function preferred

Excellent Excel and E-mail knowledge required

Good communication skills essential

**Conditions**:
Full Time, permanent position

Days of work: Monday - Friday

Hours of work: 1000hrs - 1900hrs

Salary dependant on experience
