**As a Warehouse Administrator - your day might look like this**:

- Arranging appointments for our customers to have their flooring fitted
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience across various channels but especially via phone or online
- Working closely with the store teams and independent fitters to ensure everything is as it should be paperwork-wise and that the customer gets a seamless experience after placing their order right through to the point they can walk on their new flooring
- Being our communication and co-ordination expert, keeping everyone organised and informed

- Some experience of administration/co-ordination
- A methodical approach and keen attention to detail
- Confidence to communicate with customers and contractors
- Confidence in tackling tech (PC or tablet literate) and working with numbers/data
