Caretaker (Marina)

**Cover Caretaker (Marina) & Grounds Maintenance**

**Lady Lane Wharf, Solihull.**

The main hours of work will be;
Four days per Week (with additional days and holiday cover required);
Summer: 08.30 to 17.30hrs with one hour for lunch.

Winter: 09.00 to 17.00hrs with one hour for lunch.

A degree of flexibility is expected in the role.
- Principal duties include:_

Supporting the main Caretaker and successfully maintaining and operating the office and marina facilities including keeping Customer areas clean and well maintained to a high standard.

Taking mooring and consumable sales payments from Customers.

Ordering sales stock (coal etc) and maintaining accurate stock and sales information.

Ensuring that standard Waterpride operational policies and procedures are implemented and maintained each day across the site including all daily checks, reporting and enforcement.

General housekeeping around the marina and associated infrastructure to ensure that a clean and safe environment is maintained for our customers including:

- Basic maintenance duties:_

Providing a visual management presence on site to assist Customers as required.

Undertaking general minor maintenance tasks and/or identifying and reporting problems to senior management as necessary

General grounds maintenance works including grass cutting to communal areas, maintenance of planted beds and generally ensuring that landscaped areas are maintained to a high standard

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week
