I am recruiting several **CARING** and **PASSIONATE** Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, which is located in Llandrindod Wells supports adults aged between 18 - 65.
- **Salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) Plenty of overtime available**:
- **Hours: Full Time - 35 - 35.7 hours per week 1 sleep per week**:
- **Contract: Permanent**:
- **Shifts: A variety of shifts including optional sleeps including weekends**:
- **Location: Llandrindod Wells**

**As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following**:
- Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
- Ensuring the safety of the service users.
- Following care plans for each individual.
- Taking service users out into the community.
- Participating in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
- Varying levels of personal care.
**Requirements**:
- No experience is required.
- Must be resilient.
- Drivers **ESSENTIAL due to location**:
