Trainee Negotiator

We are looking for a trainee lettings negotiator to join our dynamic team. If you possess excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, and have a professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach, we want to meet you.

Job Role:

- Maximize business opportunities from every client interaction, ensuring creation of market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and lettings referrals
- Source new Instructions for Sales and Lettings
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and timely
- Meet and exceed set targets

- Energetic and self-motivated
- Capability to work in a fast-paced dynamic office environment
- Positive approach to all tasks and responsibilities
- Keen interest in performance-based targets
- Strong inclination to make calls for generating appointments for viewings and valuations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a rapid ability to establish and nurture relationships
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- All applicants must hold a full clean driving license and maintain a professional appearance.

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
