**Salary**: Basic £25,000, OTE £27,000

**Day-to-Day Duties**:

- Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead
- Support the Sales department to deliver excellent customer experience
- Organise and accompany customers on test drives
- Learn about our products to help customers find the perfect fit
- Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery
- Proactively reach out to customers before their collection to guarantee a seamless handover experience
- Assist with showroom presentation

- Strong English and maths skills for effective communication and dealing with financial transactions

- Possession of a valid UK driving licence
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
- Consideration given to graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm
