**Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position**

**Receptionist / Administrator - Aberdeenshire (Distribution)**

**Key Responsibilities**

**- **Screening customer calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary.
- Weekly stationery inventories to ensure all stock is up to date.
- Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
- Photocopying, faxing, binding, and filing all company documents.
- Organising refreshments.
- Updating contact lists on the company database.
- Taking care of and booking in visitors in reception.
- Office cover during staff holidays.
- Assisting the Facilities Manager with regular health and safety checks.
- Ad-hoc secretarial duties, including running personal errands and booking lunches.
- Processing vendor invoices.
- Preparing documentation for overseas customers.
- Uploading documentation to customer specific portals.

**Essential requirements**
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous, but not compulsory.
- Polite telephone manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Holidays: 24 plus 9 Bank Holidays
