Key Responsibilities are:

- Develop and implement a fund raising strategy to achieve targets
- Maximise growth opportunities through sponsors
- Support marketing plans, strategies and use analytic tools to research new supporters and sponsors
- Ensure the department adheres to strategies and guidelines
- Engaging with third party organisations
- Oversee the pipeline to ensure targets are achieved

Key skills needed:

- Knowledge of donor/ supporter CRM's
- People management and inter-personal skills
- Professional and positive approach
- Exceptional organisational skills
