**Job Title**
Warranty Administrator
**The Role**
The main purpose of a Vospers Warranty Administrator is to process accurately and efficiently all warranty claims and reconcile payments that are made, ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities & Accountability**
**Processing Warranty Claims**
- Maintain and develop knowledge of Warranty procedures and the claiming and receiving of payments on behalf of the Dealership and its retail dealers.
- Monitor the accuracy of all job cards prior to claims being submitted in order to minimse risk to the company at audit.
- Accurately reconcile all statements on payment, recording any deficiencies for further assessment and appeal where applicable.
- Process Warranty claims in a timely manner via the relevant management/computer system, using the appropriate dealer warranty procedures.
**Administration Duties**
- Provide an acceptable level of service to the Service department by pro actively communicating any claim issues and assist wherever possible with the resolution.
- Accurately file all relevant paperwork in line with Department procedures.
- Ensure the Warranty department is kept clean and tidy.
- Keep up to date with all aspects of warranty by looking at the relevant portal daily, and checking for any updates in warranty process or requirements
**General Activity**
- Keep up to date with all product knowledge of entire range and comparable product ranges of Vospers competitors.
- Work with your Line Manager and Senior Management Team in discussing the needs of Vospers and the rest of the team.
**Location**
To be split between Truro, Cornwall and Threemilestone, Cornwall
**Salary**
Dependent on experience and qualifications to be discussed at interview
**Hours**
Monday to Friday
