Job Overview:
We are seeking an approachable Office Administrator with strong admin skills to join our team. The role requires someone who has accounting/admin experience. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with the smooth operation of our office.

We use traditional ledgers, knowledge of Microsoft packages is also required.

Being the first point of contact for all visitors you will be friendly and able to create a warm welcome.

This is a part time position, three mornings per week 8.45 - 12.00

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- The ability to multi task is essential
- Assist with office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule visits with prospective parents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with parents and visitors

**Skills**:

- Experience of accounting, traditional ledgers, payroll and funding is essential
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages
- Previous experience as an administrative or clerical role is essential
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week
