Seeking an experienced handy man to join our property company on a full time basis. Looking for someone who has experience across multiple trades including electrical work, joinery and plumbing. Experience fitting bathrooms and kitchens.
The main duties of this role will be:
General maintenance of the properties within the companies managerial portfolio.
Renovation jobs within existing properties (eg fitting a new bathroom or Kitchen).
Full property renovation on new properties purchased.
Decorating properties between tenants.
Maintaining the garden at various properties.
Must haves for this position:
Clean drivers license.
No criminal history.
some of your own tools.
Ability to be on your feet for long periods, bend over and lift heavy objects.
Job comes with everyday use of the company van with fuel card included.
**Salary**: £10.42-£12.50 per hour
